By focusing on everything that could go wrong, you’re essentially setting up a self-fulfilling prophecy. Persistent negative thoughts about yourself, like “I don’t think I can do this” or “Someone much smarter than me is better suited,” are called limiting thoughts. 5. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
